Nathan moved to the Middle East in 2005 and joined the Dubai office of the international law firm Clyde & Co after working for top tier law firms in Auckland, New Zealand, from 1998 through to 2004. In 2008 Nathan joined Nakheel as Senior Legal Counsel for Nakheel's Joint Ventures Business Unit. After many years of working with some of the worlds leading companies Nathan saw an opportunity to offer his unique expertise in a more direct and personal manner which lead to the establishment of the Banks Legal Consulting in 2009. Nathan has an LLB from New Zealand (first class honors) along with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Economic Major). Nathan was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1998. Nathan has a broad range of experience across all areas of corporate, commercial & business law, along with experience and expertise in dealing with complex business and commercial issues at all levels.
